1. Introduction and Scope

2.3 Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
3. Account Management
Upon successful registration, 62bd grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal right to access and use the platform subject to these Terms. Your account credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 62bd login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must notify 62bd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 62bd will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must not use another person's account under any circumstances.
3.2 KYC Verification
62bd is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify the identity and age of players. You will be required to submit satisfactory identity documents before any withdrawal request is processed. Required documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. 62bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request closure of your 62bd account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after settling outstanding bets and deducting any applicable bonus balances subject to wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method. 62bd may also close or suspend accounts at its discretion where these Terms have been breached.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 62bd — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the payment terms set out in this section. 62bd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

4.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on 62bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply and are the responsibility of the player. 62bd does not guarantee a specific exchange rate for any transaction.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
62bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by 62bd are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of the offer. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any game contribution weightings applicable to a specific bonus are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
62bd takes bonus abuse seriously. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 62bd reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the associated account.
5.3 Expiry of Bonuses
All bonuses and free spins issued by 62bd carry an expiry date which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is issued. Bonus funds and free spin winnings that have not been used or wagered within the applicable validity period will be automatically forfeited. 62bd is under no obligation to notify players individually prior to bonus expiry. It is the player's responsibility to check the validity period of any bonus credited to their account.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 62bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
6.1 Fraud and Money Laundering
You must not use the 62bd platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to: depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or attempting to use the platform as a mechanism for laundering money. 62bd cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh and will report suspicious activity as required.
6.2 Software Exploitation and Cheating
You must not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the 62bd platform's software, game engines, random number generators, or any associated systems. The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage, or any form of collusion with other players to influence game outcomes is strictly forbidden. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
6.3 Underage Access
Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your 62bd account — whether with or without your knowledge — is a serious breach of these Terms. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that no minor can access their account credentials or use their registered device to access the 62bd platform. Where underage access is identified, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 62bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the property of 62bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the 62bd platform without the prior written consent of 62bd. Unauthorised use of 62bd intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 62bd, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 62bd platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if 62bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
62bd does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where 62bd is unable to provide access to the platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond its control, it will not be liable for any losses a player may suffer as a result.
9. Responsible Gaming
